01 — Capabilities
From concept through production
Every stage of a part happens in this shop, so nothing gets lost between the designer, the machinist and the welder. Use one service or the whole chain.
Stage 01
Concept
Capture what exists, design what's next.
3D scanning
Capture parts, vehicles and mounting surfaces to confirm fitment and real-world dimensions.
Reverse engineering
Recreate broken, discontinued or undocumented parts — or improve them while we're at it.
CAD/CAM
Production-ready models and drawings, plus CAM toolpaths when a part is headed for CNC.
CAE
Simulation and analysis — stress, deflection and fit checked in software before anything is made.
Stage 02
Prototype
First parts made in-house and tested for fit.
3D printing
FDM for tough functional parts and fixtures, SLA for fine detail and smooth surfaces.
Milling
Manual milling of aluminum, steel and plastics for one-offs, fixtures and short runs.
Lathe work
Manual turning of shafts, bushings, spacers and round parts.
Molding
Silicone and urethane casting from printed or machined molds — flexible parts, gaskets, and seals in small batches.
Stage 03
Production
Finished parts, fabricated and ready to use.
Welding
[MIG / TIG] welding for steel and aluminum — new builds and repairs.
Fabrication
Brackets, mounts, frames and enclosures — cut, bent and drilled to size.
Assembly
Multi-part assemblies with hardware, inserts and fasteners — checked and ready to install.
Shipping
Parts packed and shipped nationwide, or picked up locally in Southwest Florida.
02 — One-offs to production runs
One part or a few hundred. Same shop.
Prototype it here, then keep it here. Once a part is proven, I can run it in small batches with no minimum order and no overseas lead times.

03 — Process
How a job runs
- 01 Quote Send photos, a sketch, a part or a CAD file. We agree on scope, price and timing.
- 02 Scan + measure Existing parts and mounting surfaces are scanned to confirm fitment and dimensions.
- 03 Design CAD models and drawings for your sign-off before anything is cut.
- 04 Make + build Printed, milled, turned and welded in-house, then checked for fit.
- 05 Deliver Finished parts picked up or shipped — plus your CAD files if you want them.

EightSixtyConcepts is a design and fabrication shop in Southwest Florida run by [YOUR NAME]. It started with 3D printing and has grown into scanning, CAD/CAM, milling, lathe work and welding — so a part can go from idea to finished piece without leaving the building.
Every job is guided by design for manufacturing: parts that fit, last, and can be made again at a fair price. And I believe this country needs to relearn how to make things — this shop is my part in that, one machine at a time.
